How to make
In a large plate, arrange some lettuce leaves to form a bed. Top with chopped tomatoes and 1/3 head of onion, finely chopped.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the remaining onion. Add the mince, season it with spices and sauté until tender. Pour the ready mince over the vegetables in the plate and serve the salad with a little crumbled feta cheese.
