Wash and clean the leeks, then cut the tops in thin slices. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the leeks and stir well, but be careful not to brown them.
Add sweet curry. Combine the tomatoes with milk and then pour them into the pan.
Allow the soup to simmer for about 20 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with slices of bread.
