How to make
Melt the crumbled chocolate in a water bath.
While stirring nonstop, add the melted butter and sugar, vanilla, the separately beaten egg yolks, ground almonds and breadcrumbs.
Beat the egg whites into fluffy snow and mix them in with the cooled chocolate mixture. Smear the stuffing on each strudel dough sheet.
Bake the strudel in a moderate oven until it's ready.
