How to make
Beat the eggs and 1 cup of sugar into a thick foam and add the flour and melted butter. Clean the apples, cut them into thick slices and sprinkle with plenty of cinnamon.
In a tray, caramelize the second cup of sugar. Once the caramel cools, arrange the apples on top. Pour the strudel mixture on them and bake in a moderately heated oven until ready.
Invert the baked strudel into a large dish and decorate as desired with whipped cream and liquid chocolate.
