  • cinnamon - 1/2 packet

How to make

Beat the eggs with 1 cup powdered sugar. Add the melted butter, vanilla, baking powder and gradually pour in flour, as needed for a cake dough.

Pour half of this dough into an oiled tray. Sprinkle it with flour. Pour the filling on top, made by mixing together the ground walnuts, washed and grated apples, powdered sugar to taste and cinnamon.

Pour the 2nd half of the dough over the filling. Bake the strudel in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. You can sprinkle the ready strudel with some more powdered sugar if you like.
