How to make
Spread the puff pastry onto a piece of baking paper. Spread it with the chocolate spread. Roll it up into a not very tight roll.
With a sharp knife, make transverse cuts every 1.2″ (3 cm).
Beat 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk.
Spread the homemade strudel. Transfer it onto a tray along with the paper.
Bake at 370°F (190°C) in a preheated oven, until it aquires a golden brown color.
Warm up the honey and spread generously the strudel with chocolate spread with it.
