Marinate the beef fillet in the products described for this purpose. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes and take it out. Cut into strips.
Drain well from the marinade (reserve it) and sear in a pan over high heat.
You can roast the whole piece of meat and then cut it as you like.
Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Heat the oil in a Wok pan and first saute the carrot sticks and the cabbage, then add the rest of the vegetables. They should not soften too much, but should get a tan, but remain slightly crispy.
Salt very lightly, add parsley and the marinade from the meat. If desired, you can add more soy sauce.
Immediately add the noodles, reduce the heat and stir.
Divide into two portions, putting the meat in each.
