Ingredients

  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • leeks - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • red peppers - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • black pepper - by taste
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • warm water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt - by taste
  • dried cayenned peppers - 2 pcs. red

How to make

Cut the meat into small pieces, wash and dry them.

Heat the oil and add the dried meat, sprinkle with as much black pepper as you like and fry, until the meat aquires a golden brown color.

Pour the wine and leave the dish to simmer over moderate heat, until the wine has evaporated and it remains in fat. During this time, clean and cut the leek into larger pieces and the peppers into thin strips.
