Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cheddar - 1.1 oz (30 g) grated
  • oil - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. (for decoration)

How to make

Peel the zucchini and cut them into cubes.

Heat the oil in a Teflon pan and pour the zucchini inside.

Fry, by constantly stirring and shaking for about 10-12 minutes, until a golden color is obtained.
