How to make
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chickpea flour, cheese, baking powder, cream cheese and garlic powder. Mix well with a spoon.
Place the bowl in the microwave on maximum power for one minute. Remove and beat the egg. Stir until completely absorbed. The mixture will become sticky, but don't worry.
Melt the butter. Add the parsley and garlic. Grease your hands a little and transfer the dough to a tray lined with baking paper. Form a rectangle.
Cut it into strips without trying to separate them. Spread with the butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Parmesan if you choose to add any.
Bake the crackers in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until golden. Take them out, cool and serve them.
The crackers with chickpea flour are ready.
