How to make
The flour is sifted, a well is formed and the olive oil and salt are poured into it.
Water is added gradually, by kneading a sticky dough.
It is left for 4 hours. The dough is then kneaded by adding the sliced olives and basil.
Place the focaccia dough in a greased baking pan, make symmetrical indentations and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake the focaccia with chickpea flour in a preheated oven.
