How to make
First, wash and chop the spinach, you can use frozen but it's best if it's fresh. Sift the 2 types of flour, add the olive oil, salt and spinach.
Knead a dough. If necessary, add a little cool water.
Then, roll it out it out to 1/8 thickness. Cut the dough into forms of your choice but don't divide it up.
Thaw the spinach if using frozen. Sprinkle the dough with a mix of seeds - poppy, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seeds and others. Arrange them in an oven dish covered with baking paper without separating them.
Bake about 20 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. You can turn the fan on for a more even bake.
Once the crackers are baked, they're much easier to separate from one another.
