How to make
Grate the feta cheese and beat it with the milk to cream. Add 2 egg yolks, 1 whole egg and the paprika.
Stir again, then add flour (as much as the mixture absorbs). Knead a hard dough, leave it to rest for about 120 min.
Then roll it out to a sheet 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick and cut out various shapes (or circles, strips, etc).
Arrange the resulting crackers in a greased tray, smear them with the remaining yolk, sprinkle with cumin and bake until ready.
