How to make
Prepare the layer. Use a mixer to whisk the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the oil, yoghurt with the baking soda whipped in it, vanilla and orange zest (make sure you washed the orange rind well). Pour the resulting cake batter into a greased and floured form or onto baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready. Check with a toothpick to see if it's ready (it needs to come out dry when stuck in it). Remove and cool on a cooking grid. Cut through the middle in two. Place one half in a tray and syrup it.
Smear it with the mixture of whipped cream, powdered sugar and chocolate. Cover with the second half and spread the remaining cream over the entire cake.
On top, arrange orange slices in the form of flowers and make flowers out of colored bonbons, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Leave the cake in the refrigerator for the syrup to soak in, then serve.
