How to make
Beat the eggs. Mix the butter with the powdered sugar (set aside 2 tbsp of powdered sugar). Add the milk while stirring nonstop.
Add the eggs, flour, baking soda, orange juice and stir everything. Pour the dough in a round tray with baking paper and bake at 390°F (200°C) until ready.
Wash the orange and cut it into thin round slices. Cover the cake with these slices, sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves.
