  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 1.5 cups
  • orange peel - grated peel on a fine grater (2 oranges)
  • orange juice - from 2 oranges
  • oil - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 pc.
  • vanilla - 1 packet /1 tsp/
  • flour - 3 cups
  • powdered sugar - optional for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the juice and the grated peels from the 2 oranges, oil and milk.

In a deep bowl, add the flour, baking powder, 1 vanilla packet and begin to dilute it with the liquid mixture.

Stir well. Put the mixture in a baking pan and bake in a moderately heated oven.
