How to make
Cut the fillet into flat pieces. Dip the chicken pieces in the milk and season with salt, leave them in the milk for 15 min.
Take the chicken meat out and drain it from the milk.
Roll each piece in breadcrumbs and fry briefly in the olive oil.
Pour the tomato juice in suitable baking tray, add the butter, mashed garlic and arrange the meat. Sprinkle with oregano and basil and add the marinated mushrooms.
Bake in preheated oven about 15-20 min.
Before it's ready, arrange the chopped into pieces cheese and mozzarella.
Bake until they melt.
Sprinkle the ready dish with parsley and serve hot.
