Ingredients

  • chickpea flour - 5.8 oz (165 g)
  • rye flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • olives - 0.9 oz (25 g) finely chopped
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • water - 1/2 cup

How to make

Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and knead the dough. It should not be sticky, so if necessary, add more chickpea flour or rye flour.

Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper into a thickness of about half a centimeter.

Peel off the top sheet and transfer the bottom with the rolled out dough into a baking tray.

Using a pizza knife or ordinary knife, cut the dough into individual crackers of the desired shape and size.

Place the chickpea crackers with olives in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake the crackers for about 20 minutes or until they aquire a golden brown color.
