How to make
Peel the nettle leaves and finely chop them.
In a deep frying pan, pour the butter along with the olive oil and as soon as they are heated, add the nettle with the spices and garlic. Cover and stew for no more than 2 minutes.
Finally, transfer into a blender and add the yogurt with the cream cheese. Blend until a smooth vegetable sauce is obtained.
This sauce is good for baked potatoes, various vegetable patties or whatever you like.
