How to make
Wash the lentils, cover them with lukewarm water and let them stand overnight.
Then we drain the red lentils, pour them into a blender, add olive oil, baking soda and spices and blend everything until smooth.
We cover a tray with baking paper, grease it with oil, pour the mixture and flatten it to get a thin crust.
We put the tray in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
After 10-15 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and cut the crust into squares.
Bake the crackers for another 35-50 minutes. Cooking time depends on thickness.
