How to make
Boil the washed red lentils and the peeled, coarsely chopped carrots in 500 ml boiling water for 15 minutes.
Strain through a sieve and pour them into the chopper jug.
Add chopped fresh parsley and olive oil.
Blend for 60 seconds until a smooth mixture is obtained, even if there are small pieces left.
Cook the gluten-free pasta as directed and strain it. You can choose fusilli or another type of pasta.
Pour it into a plate and pour the red lentil sauce over it.
Enjoy it! It is tasty and healthy!
If desired, you can also add 3 cherry tomatoes to the pasta.
