How to make
The tripe is boiled until done, strain and save the broth. Cut it into small pieces. Crush the garlic to a pulp.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, salt and spices, pour the tripe and pour 2-3 ladles of the broth.
Leave on a medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
The appetizer is sprinkled with fresh parsley.
The tripe in butter with spices is very tasty.
