How to make
Clean the lamb tripe well and put it to boil until done.
For faster cooking you can use pressure cooker.
Then it is taken out, cooled and cut into strips.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the chopped garlic for 15 seconds.
Add the butter, stir and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, season with the spices and remove to a warmed large plate.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and serve.
