How to make
Prepare the onion, carrots and garlic by chopping them finely and frying them in a pot.
Add the chopped mushrooms and spinach to them and let them cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then wash the bulgur and add it along with 2 cups of water.
Add all the spices and let it cook until the water is absorbed.
When it is ready, pour it into a baking pan, add olive oil and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Put it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
After about 15 minutes, take it out, stir it and return it into the oven to finish baking it.
When it becomes golden, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
You can also add one fried egg per serving and season with a little black pepper and paprika.
The oven-baked bulgur with egg is very tasty.
