How to make

I washed and roughly chopped about the kale. When I cook it I don't remove the stems, but they are removed in a salad.

After that, I also chopped half a large onion, put everything in the bowl of the appliance and poured 3.5 oz (100 g) of ground tomatoes on top, added salt, oil, black pepper and enough water to cover everything.

I closed and set it to the vegetable program. After the signal for the end of the program went off, I opened the valve and after the lid was released, I opened and added the fine noodles - half a cup.

The soup is still boiling and just enough for the noodles to cook until the residual cooking stops. I also added a teaspoon of butter. I like it better when I add it at the end.

I thicken the vegetable soup with a whole egg and a spoonful of yogurt, added a little lemon juice - it doesn't become sour. The juice prevents the egg from lumping up.

The kale soup in a multicooker is ready.
