How to make
Braise the finely chopped onion or leeks in a pot. Add the sausages, which you've cut into rings. Stir for a few minutes and add hot water.
Dissolve the stock and boil for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, carve out the bread rolls and separately, fry the crumbs (not all of them, eyeball it).
Toward the end of cooking, add the milk and spices. Distribute a few fried crumbs in each bread.
Top off with the slightly cooled soup and garnish with eggs, chopped into quarters. Serve the soup in bread immediately.
