How to make
Wash the quinoa well. Pour water to the quinoa and put it on high heat until it boils.
Then leave it for 15 minutes on low heat. Chop the baby spinach and roasted peppers.
Add the quinoa when cool. Slice and dice the cherry tomatoes.
Add the white cheese. Squeeze lemon juice, add a little olive oil and mix well and put it on the salad.
You can add salt, soy sauce, honey or mustard to the quinoa salad if you like.
