How to make
Wash the quinoa for the salad in a colander under running water. Boil it in a small pot on the stove, adding a pinch of salt to the water. About 10 minutes is enough.
Strain well and let the quinoa cool.
In 1 large or 2 smaller salad plates, distribute the fresh spinach leaves. Usually, in most cases they are sold washed in the package, but it is best to wash them at home once more and leave them drain from the drops of water.
Cut the strawberries and sun-dried tomatoes. Distribute them on the spinach. Crumble the blue cheese on top and arrange the olives. Put the cooked quinoa in the middle.
Season the baby spinach, quinoa and strawberry salad with good olive oil (extra virgin), balsamic vinegar and salt to taste.
