How to make
The onions, celery and carrots are cut into small pieces.
Fry the vegetables in hot oil.
Add the soy mince to them (not pre-soaked) and a little later the soy sauce is added, then mixed.
The wine is poured.
Add the tomato puree, vegetable broth and spices.
Pour 3 cups of hot water.
When it boils, reduce the heat and leave it, until the soy mince is ready and until the vegan bolognese sauce thickens.
