  • salt - a pinch
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • pickles - 3 pcs. (small)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • dill - 1 tsp.

How to make

The Vegan Tartar Sauce is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, it can also be consumed during fasting.

Pour the aquafaba, oil, mustard, salt and paprika into the tall jug and with a liquidizer, blend starting from the bottom for about a minute and pulling the liquidizer out slowly.

Transfer the resulting vegan mayo into a bowl.
