Fry (stew) until golden brown along with the spices.
Grate the tomatoes and add them to the vegetables. Let them boil.
Grate the tofu and add just before removing from the heat.
Garnish the sauce with any type of pasta.
I would recommend whole grain pasta to keep the dish healthy.
