How to make
Boil the noodles in a pot of sufficiently salted water for about 10 minutes. Strain.
Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan and once it is warm, lightly fry the mussels in it. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook until soft.
Stir and add the tomato paste. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Arrange the noodles on plates. Spread the sauce on top and generously grate the cheese.
