Ingredients

  • pork spare ribs - 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)
  • red wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp. coarsely ground
  • salt - to taste
  • rosemary - fresh sprigs
  • thyme - sprigs fresh
  • for the garnish
  • boiled beans
  • red onion

How to make

Wash and dry the whole piece of pork ribs. Cut it into three pieces.

Mix the salt, wine, soy sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, oil and honey.

Arrange the ribs in a suitable baking pan and pour the marinade over them and arrange the sprigs of rosemary and thyme on top.

Refrigerate for 1 night.

Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and roast the ribs in a high heated oven for about 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and roast them for another 15 minutes.

Remove the Roasted Pork Ribs from the oven and leave them for 10 minutes.

Serve them on a wooden board with a bean garnish (boiled) with red onion and a drink of your choice!
