How to make
Wash the pork ribs and pat them dry. Cut them lengthwise. Grease the bottom of a baking pan with the oil and arrange the ribs.
Pour the white wine into a bowl and add a pinch of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, salt, black pepper, crushed cloves, marjoram and bay leaves, torn into pieces. Stir and pour the mixture over the ribs.
Let them stand like this for at least 4 hours in the fridge, by turning and rolling them in the marinade from time to time, so that they absorb the aromas and taste.
Then pour warm water into the baking pan. Cover it with aluminum foil and fold it from all sides.
Heat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and put the ribs to bake.
After about 90 minutes, remove the foil, turn the ribs and bake for another 30 minutes, this time without the foil, so they can brown.
When they are ready, serve them with the garnish of your choice.
The juicy oven-baked pork spare ribs under foil are ready.
