How to make
Cut the meat along with the bones into oblong pieces, pour water over them and then boil for 30 minutes after the water comes to a boil.
For the marinade, combine 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, the hot sauce and half a teaspoon of ginger and soak the boiled and drained ribs for 10-15 minutes, then fry them for 3-4 minutes.
For the sauce - fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes, add all the remaining ingredients, stir and turn off the heat.
Put the ribs in the sauce. Cover with a lid and allow them to sit for about 15 minutes.
