"These spareribs turn out to be very appetizing - the potatoes as a side dish are a must"

  • mustard - 4 tbsp.
  • spareribs - 2.2 lb (1 kg) whole
  • beer - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)

measures

How to make

Mix the salt with the coriander, black pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary in a bowl. Mix and coat the spareribs very well.

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Transfer it to a baking tray. Pour around it 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of water and 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of beer. Put the lid (or aluminum foi) on and put the tray in a cold oven.

Turn on 430°F (220°C) and bake for about 30 minutes. Then reduce the degrees to 360°F (180°C) and bake for another 40 minutes.

You can add some seasoned potatoes towards the middle of baking.

Finally, remove the lid bake for another 20 minutes - this way the roasted spareribs will get an appetizing tan.

Those beer-baked spareribs are really delicious.
