How to make
The spring onions and the carrot are cut into small pieces and stewed in the oil.
Add the cleaned dock and spinach.
The vegetables are stirred and after they change color, they are sprinkled with paprika.
After two or three minutes, add the blended tomatoes and salt to taste.
The dish is covered and left to simmer for ten minutes.
Pour the washed rice along with two cups of water.
When the rice is cooked, add the eggs.
The dock stew is left to simmer on the stove, until the eggs are cooked as you like them.
Serve the spring stew warm and sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.
