How to make
The meat is dices into medium sized pieces.
Fry in a pressure cooker with a little fat. Add water so that half of the pot is full and cook the meat for 50 minutes.
Then fry the onion, garlic, pepper, carrot, parsnip and chopped ginger in a pan.
When the vegetables soften, add the rice and fry for a little while. Add the red and black pepper and oregano.
Pour the vegetables into a saucepan, add the meat and part of the broth - to the desired density of the stew. It needs to be salted.
Then add the chopped spinach. The stew is boiled for another 20-30 minutes. Before turning off the stove, the stew is thickened with 1 tbsp. flour, diluted in a little water.
