Ingredients

  • beef knuckle - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • spinach - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 2 onions
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • universal spice - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.

How to make

The diced beef is fried and boiled until it softens with a little water on low heat or in a pressure cooker, if you want it to cook faster.

If necessary, add more water if it is boiled in an ordinary pot.

When the meat is ready, make a thickener with onions, carrots, peppers and flour.

In a saucepan with the desired amount of broth, the meat is added along with the thickener.

Mix well, season it with salt and spices and add the chopped tomatoes and spinach.

The stew is boiled for another half an hour and it is served.
