How to make
The beets, carrots, potatoes and onions are washed and cut into thin strips.
Clean the cabbage from the top leaves, rinse it and thinly slice it.
Boil water with salt in a large pot.
Add all the vegetables and the finely chopped pork.
When the meat and all the vegetables are almost boiled, add the beef broth, buckwheat, spelt and garlic.
After 3-4 minutes, turn off the heat, but leave the pot with borscht on the hob.
Leave it for 20-30 minutes on the switched off hob.
The borscht with buckwheat and spelt is served with cream or milk.
