In the heat, who doesn't like ice cream? However, the store bought ones, no matter how tasty they are, they aren't the healthiest. I have an easy and very tasty recipe for lovers of ice cream temptations, who follow a low-carb diet.
In the small cup of a nutriblender, put the peanut butter, cottage cheese, homemade yogurt, cream and honey.
If you don't have or don't like cottage cheese, substitute it with cream cheese, for example. If you don't have homemade yogurt, add high-fat yogurt. The honey can be replaced with erythritol, stevia or pekmez according to your taste.
Blend for seconds.
Pour the mixture into a suitable bowl and put it in the freezer for about an hour.
Garnish the frozen yogurt as you like - with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, chocolate, nuts, cinnamon.
