"Make sure your kids eat a healthy frozen treat, by preparing these popsicles at home"

Ingredients

  • blueberries - 2 cups, or a fruit mix (peaches, strawberries and blueberries)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice - from one lemon
  • For the coconut yogurt
  • thick yogurt - 1 cup
  • powdered sugar - 1 & 1/2 cups
  • coconut extract - 1 tbsp.
  • coconut shavings - 1/2 cup

How to make

For the fruit puree mix the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice and blend them to a smooth creamy consistency.

For the yogurt mix, blend the powdered sugar, yogurt and coconut extract.

Fill your popsicle molds with the fruit puree and yogurt mix in an alternating order. Seal the molds and freeze them for approximately 8 hours

In order to remove the popsicles easily, dip the molds in warm water for a couple of seconds.

Sprinkle with coconut shavings and serve.
