Ingredients

  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • honey - 3.5 oz (100 g) liquid (or agave syrup, maple syrup)
  • coconut oil - 3 tbsp. (liquid, at room temperature)
  • rice flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

The eggs are separated. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and add coconut oil, honey, baking powder, vanilla and mix with a wooden spoon.

Add the rice flour in portions and stir, until it is absorbed. The mixture should be soft, but not stick to your hand.

Form balls with your hands and place them in the baking pan on baking paper. Make sure there is distance between them - about 40°F (3 cm). Using a fork, make a pattern.

Bake the biscuits at 340°F (170°C) for about 12 to 15 minutes maximum.

Note: Some quick and simple biscuits and mostly dietary. Pleasant in taste, crumbly and suitable for a cup of coffee.

They are prepared with honey, other flavors can be added if you like, such as lemon or orange peel. Coconut oil is not substituted.
