How to make
The rice is grinded in a blender or a special grinder to make a fine flour.
The soda is added in the yogurt and left to activate. I used homemade buffalo yogurt, which was very thick and buttery, thus giving the tutmanik an even more irresistible flavor.
Eggs are beaten with salt and poured into the flour. Add the soft butter at room temperature and the oil. Finally, the yogurt is poured in.
The dough is mixed with a mixer with dough attachments because it is soft and cannot be mixed by hand. Stirring continues for a short time - only until the ingredients are homogenized.
Crumble the cheese and mix once more.
Pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper 8″ (20 cm) in diameter, if it is round. The dough is leveled out on top.
The tutmanik with rice flour is baked at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
Leave it to cool and cut it into pieces.
Surprisingly tasty and very aromatic!
