How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns completely white, then gradually add the flour and vanilla. You should get a dough with the consistency of a cake batter.
Spoonful by spoonful pour the mixture on baking paper at a distance.
Refrigerate them for 1-2 hours, then bake the biscuits in a preheated 340°F (170 degree) oven until they're fully baked.
The baking time is about 15 minutes.
