How to make
Mix the milk with the salt and oil, add the rice flour and beat well with a wire whisk.
Put all of the products in the blender and run it 3 times, until a smooth and mixture is obtained with a thicker consistency.
Heat a teflon pan, grease the bottom with oil and pour in the mixture, after frying on one side for about 2 minutes, turn with a wide spatula to fry the dietary pancake on the other side for another 2 minutes.
Note that the pancakes are difficult to flip, because they break easily, because of the rice flour.
But as soon as you make them once, you will be very satisfied and eat vegan pancakes with rice flour without feeling bad.
