How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
In a bowl, mix the beaten yolks with the milk, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Separately, beat the egg whites with the sugar to snow.
To the egg whites, gradually add the other mixture while stirring nonstop.
Melt 1 tbsp butter and add it as well.
Fry the pancakes in a pan smeared with the remaining butter - form each into a small circle with a spoon.
Fry on both sides.
