How to make
Melt the butter and mix in the sugar, egg, salt and yogurt. Begin stirring with a whisk until homogenized.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder and gradually mix into the mixture. Stir until the flour is absorbed, but not too long.
Heat a lightly greased Teflon pan. Pour a ladle of the mixture without spreading the pancake.
Once browned, flip it over and repeat the process until you run out of mixture. Garnish with jam, honey, maple syrup, etc.
