How to make
Peel the zucchini and onion and wash and cut them into small pieces.
Place them in a pot of water, add the peas and the cleaned spinach. Boil the vegetables, until they're fully cooked.
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Remove it from the heat, add the boiled vegetables to it, the finely chopped parsley and the grated egg.
Puree with the liquidizer and if the consistency is very thick, you can add a little water from the one in which you boiled the vegetables. Finally, add a lump of butter and as much salt as you like.
Serve the pea soup for babies warm.
The vegetable soup is suitable for children over 12 months and for younger children, remove the milk and egg.
