How to make
The beef tongue is cut into 4-5 pieces for faster cooking.
Cut the onion into crescents and fry in oil, until it aquires an appetizing color on all sides, then add to the veal broth. Add the spices, the veal tongue and pour water to cover 2-3 fingers of the veal tongue.
Close the pressure cooker tightly and boil for about 50 minutes. Shortly before the veal tongue is fully cooked, take it out, cool it under cold water and peel it. Cut it into slices and place it back into the pot.
Add the chopped potatoes and boil the dish for another 10-15 minutes after it has boiled.
If desired, you can thicken the dish with a little flour dissolved in cold water.
This beef tongue with onions and baked potatoes is quite tasty and it can be breaded ... enjoy!
